House Of The Lord!

Compassionate Christian Long Term Care

Even when you are old, I will be the same. Even when your hair has turned gray, I will take care of you. I made you and will take care of you. I will carry you and save you.

- Isaiah 46:4

Welcome Home

Vision:

To create Christ-centered homes that offer dignity, exceptional care, and true community for long-term care residents, seniors, couples, and individuals living with disabilities.
We are actively seeking investors, partners, staff, and supporters to help bring this God-given vision to life.

Mission:

We are committed to provide a warm, welcoming environment where both spiritual and physical well-being are nurtured each day. Rooted in God’s love, we seek to serve with compassion, grace, and excellence, offering meaningful connection, loving care, and purposeful daily encouragement, so each resident entrusted to us may live with dignity, purpose, and peace.

Values:

Stewardship: We have a responsibility as Christians to be stewards of His creation. Honouring God and the men and women He has placed in our hands. We lead from the inside out and serve our residents entrusted to us with dignity and respect. "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace"

- 1 Peter 4:10

Compassion and Care: Attentive and Responsive quality care focusing on individual needs and concerns invigorating residents' self-worth consistent with our Christian values.

Respect: All residents are treated with dignity and respect. Everyone is considered part of God's family and this family is courteous, understanding and value all residents' unique feelings, wishes and abilities.

"Providing honourable things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men."  - 2 Corinthians 8:21

Communication: Meeting with residents and family members on a regular basis, we will ensure specific needs are being met and expectations are being satisfied. We will have an open door policy where daily communication with residents and their families will be readily available on site and by telephone immediately to guide and answer any questions which may arise.

Teamwork: Our family team members will complement each other, will be encouraged and empowered to work together offering consistent, high-quality care to all residents.

We will plan and implement structured programs oriented towards enhancing each resident within a Christian environment fostering activities that will lessen loneliness and isolation and seek to be a model example of quality care.

We will be committed to the values of this home and treat everyone entrusted to us with dignity and respect.

"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.' ”John 11:25-26

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
And I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

"Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."

- 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Dignity and Love

Providing quality care in a pleasant, comforting atmosphere. We will strive to provide the best skilled care by encouraging our team to form genuine connections with residents and their families. Giving residents the support they need to live their best lives.

Inspiring and Stimulating Interaction

HOTL will be full of possibilities for enjoying whatever inspires you. Wake up each day to a luxurious, service-rich atmosphere where your comfort, health and well-being will be at the heart of everything we do.

Life with your spouse

Reside with your spouse.  We will not separate able bodied spouses from their long term care spouse. Many elderly have been married for 60 plus years and we will not only accommodate but encourage both husband and wife to reside here together.

HOTL316 refers to John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."  Providing residents the opportunity to live their final years in a Christian, Jesus filled setting.
